Terms of Agreement

Company authorizes AIRbase to include any information provided by Company on the AIRbase web site ("AIRbase One").
Company understands that Company will be invoiced annually (in advance) for AIRbase to publish Company provided advertising information. Any time any invoice remains unpaid for a period longer than 30 days, AIRbase shall have the right to remove Company advertising from AIRbase One Directory.
AIRbase shall not be liable for errors or omissions in any advertisement or listing beyond the cost paid by the Company for the advertisement.
Company agrees to assume liability for the content of all information provided by Company and included on AIRbase One.
AIRbase reserves the right to refuse to include any or all advertising, listings, or information received from any client.
